We rely solely on donations. Therefore, a request for help is not a guarantee that you will receive items. Donated items are matched with the most appropriate requests. It is not guaranteed that you will receive the exact items on your wish list.

This program is intended to help individuals escaping domestic violence with nothing, those living in extreme poverty, and those who have lost everything due to a natural disaster.

You will receive an email within 48 hours informing you whether your request has been approved.

Proof of financial need: A COMPASS printout showing services received, a WIC ID card (in the head of household’s name), or an EBT card (in the head of household’s name). These documents must be emailed to AKT Foundation or uploaded to the website.

If you are requesting items for children, you will need proof of the child: a COMPASS printout showing household members, a birth certificate, or a Medicaid card. These documents must be emailed to AKT Foundation or uploaded to the website.

Delivery of items may not be available. You must be able to pick up items at our office in Wormleysburg (Enola area) during your scheduled pickup time.

All items are donated to the AKT Foundation. We cannot guarantee that items will be in perfect working condition. The AKT Foundation will not accept returns, exchange items for cash, or repair or replace any broken or missing parts.
