2025 Christmas Program

Registration for the Christmas program will open November 1st and will run through November 25th or until we reach 250 children, whichever happens first. We serve kids ages newborn through 18 (must still be in high school). The only way to sign up for Christmas help is to fill out the application and submit the required information, submitting an application does not guarantee approval. AKT Foundation will reach out to you via email after November 25th and before December 15th to let you know if you have been approved or not, please do not contact us asking if you have been approved prior to December 15th, we appreciate your patience. 

We rely solely on donations. Therefore a request for help is not a guarantee to receive gifts. Items received are matched with the most appropriate requests. It is not guaranteed you will receive the exact items on your child’s wish list.

Before you complete the application please read all the details below.

In order to approve your application we will require proof of your financial situation as well as proof you are the parents or legal guardians of the kids. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Proof of Financial Need:

• Compass printout showing services recieved
• WIC ID card (in head of household name)
• EBT card (in head of household name)

Proof of Child:

• Compass printout showing household members
• Birth Certificate
• Medicaid Card

These items can be uploaded with the form or you can email them after completing the form.

Delivery of toys is not an options. You must be able to pick up in Wormleysburg, PA at the time, date, and location we provide you.

We provide those donating toys with a list of accepted gifts and links to purchase them on Amazon. We also receive gift card donations that allow us to buy toys at popular retail stores like Walmart, Target, and others. Our goal is to help give your kids a very Merry Christmas; however, we cannot always guarantee that you will receive the exact toy you request.
